Yeah, for that sum you wouldn’t even need a Bill Gates or Warren Buffett type. The local guy who owns a bunch of McDonald’s franchises would be able to scrounge that kind of money together.

Or it would have been a good Michael-Jackson-before-the-fall project. Beats the Elephant Man’s bones.

I’m wondering if we even need the government to do this. At $10 million, some rich guy would try to order one for his private animal collection. Maybe even a big budget Hollywood movie would have one made. Beats CGI.
