Real Estate Roller Coaster

Look! It’s a graph of US real estate prices plotted to an animation of a roller coaster.

Unfortunately the data ends at the end of 2006. But I guess it’s pretty easy to imagine.

    This is very much what being in the real estate industry feels like – particularly these days. If feels like the coaster is currently upside down as well as heading down hill! Can’t wait for it to climb back up.
